In today’s lifestyle, prioritizing health and wellness has become increasingly important – both on an individual and collective level. With over 20 years of professional experience in dance and fitness, I infuse coaching with the transformative power of movement to help you cultivate a stronger mind-body connection and overall well-being.

Having had my fair share of hardships, I can attest to the profound impact movement has on holistic wellness. My life-long relationship with movement over the years not only sculpted my physical form – it kept me sane. Dance serves as a conduit to discover mental clarity, and while leveraging creative moments it opens pathways towards a deeper sense of being.
My passion for dance transcends movement; it’s a medium through which I’ve discovered the art of self-expression, joy, vitality, and healing enabling me to have healthier connections with people. Whether it’s the rhythmic Latin beats, the fluidity of Contemporary dance, the enchantment of Belly Dancing or the discipline of Ballet, each dance form has been a canvas for self-discovery and growth.
Alongside dance, my commitment to fitness extends beyond the physical to being a lifestyle that integrates mindful practices, discipline and wholesome nutrition in tandem with consistent physical activities. Fitness is much more than just sculpting muscles or shedding pounds; it’s about nurturing a resilient fit mind, a vibrant spirit, and a strong, balanced body.
My current path of health and wellness blends the use of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnotherapy, Mindfulness, and Feng Shui. Infusing doese of these into dance and fitness, these become the mediums towards a holistic lifestyle – synchronizing the rhythms of mind-body and spirit, fostering a sense of alignment, equilibrium, and well-being in more ways than one.
