Once a upon a time physical fitness seamlessly integrated into our daily routines. We used to play ball in the streets and parks with friends, ride our bikes, – even walk to the corner store for milk when grandma asked – (carrying back with a 4 litre bag in hand!).

Today we face fast-paced lifestyles that stealthily strips away our sense of well-being and equilibrium – because we are just too busy to notice. Unwittingly cultivating a lifestyle characterized by perpetual rush, a lack of mindfulness, and regrettably, the tendency to disregard the signals and symptoms communicated by our remarkably astute bodies – that is – until it’s too late.

Fitness is frequently regarded primarily as a means to enhance physique, often neglecting its equally profound impact on mental and emotional well-being,- which if left unchecked – will lead to persistent burden of chronic stress and fatigue. This will obstruct your efforts to engage in regular gym visits or home workouts, making our fitness goals seem frustratingly out of reach. (The all too famous tune: ‘I’ll go to the gym tomorrow’ or ‘I’ll workout later’.)
