What is Vi-Da Flow?
Vi-Da Flow© is a unique personalized program that combines vinyasa (Vi) and dance (Da) movements to promote physical, mental, and emotional alignment.
How does Vi-Da Flow help?
Vi-Da Flow aims to improve and maintain overall physical and mental well-being by focusing on reshaping the body and reframing the mind.
Reshaping the body involves enhancing the musculoskeletal, fascial, and nervous systems through specifically arranged movements over time. Along with Vi-Da Flow sessions, guidance on nutrition, environment, and lifestyle is provided to optimize physical health. Scheduled coaching sessions are also available to support and guide individuals on their journey.
Reframing the mind includes planning a diet rich in “brain” foods, incorporating breathwork techniques, and offering scheduled coaching sessions to help individuals overcome barriers and achieve optimal brain health and mindset. It emphasizes the importance of monitoring inputs such as media consumption, relationships, and self-talk.
Who can participate in Vi-Da Flow sessions?
Vi-Da Flow sessions are open to anyone who is willing and ready to commit to improving their overall well-being. To get started, individuals may request a free 30-minute consultation to plan next steps.
How are sessions set up/provided?
Vi-Da Flow sessions may be provided in workshop, private group or individual formats.
The recommendation is sign up for a one-month program option to help instill lasting desired habits and positive changes.
The one-month program option includes:
- 2hr sessions per week focused on increasing flexibility, strength, toning, mobility, and breathwork.
- One 60-minute coaching session per week for open discussions regarding relationships, career, family planning, time management, and more, based on needs.
- Resources such as videos, reading materials and research for personal use.1
- Availability of 2hrs for additional coaching and support during the month.2
- Registration options available for individuals or groups, with pricing based on the number of participants.
A single session includes:
- One 1.5hr session focused on increasing flexibility, strength, toning, mobility, and breathwork.
- One 30-minute coaching session.
- Resources such as videos, reading materials and research for personal use, based on need(s).1
Are There Any Other Vi-Da Flow programs?
Yes, there is another program called Vi-Da Flow: Tone & Glow. This program is designed for individuals with busy schedules who are looking for a quick, simple, and enlightening activity to add to their day. It offers 30-minute or 45-minute sessions to help participants tone their bodies and achieve a healthy glow.
